1. What this workspace is for

Rezolva Limited has been instructed by a business to resolve an outstanding commercial account. This secure workspace lets you see the balance and supporting documents, tell us your position, propose a payment, raise a dispute and get payment details. Using it is optional — you can also contact us by email or telephone.

2. Using the workspace is not an admission

Opening your secure link, viewing the balance or reading documents does not mean you accept that the money is owed. If you dispute the account, tell us and we will put the position to our client.

3. Information you give us

  • Please make sure what you tell us is accurate and complete so far as you know it.
  • Only upload documents that are relevant to the account. Please do not send medical records or other sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary to explain your position, and then only what is needed.
  • We may share what you tell us with our client, and with their nominated broker or insurer where the client has permitted that.

4. Your access link

Your link is personal to this account. Please do not forward it. If someone else needs access, tell us and we will issue a link to them. We can revoke a link at any time, and links expire. Tell us straight away if you think a link has gone to the wrong person.

5. Documents

Documents in the workspace are provided so that you can deal with this account, and for your own records and advisers. Please do not publish them or use them for any other purpose.

6. Payments, plans and settlements

  • Payments are made by bank transfer to the Rezolva client account shown in the workspace, or through the bank-hosted Open Banking journey. We do not take card payments and we do not set up Direct Debits.
  • A payment is treated as received when it clears into the Rezolva client account.
  • A proposed payment plan or settlement is only binding when we confirm it in writing. Proposing one does not stop recovery activity by itself.

7. Disputes and communications

If you raise a dispute we will record it, tell our client and respond. We may contact you by email, letter or telephone about this account. We aim to be professional and proportionate at all times; if you feel we have not been, please tell us.

8. Suspension of access

We may suspend or revoke access if there is a security concern, if the workspace is misused, or if the case is transferred, closed or subject to legal proceedings. Suspending access does not affect the underlying account.

9. Privacy and complaints

Our Privacy Notice explains what information we hold about you and your business, where it came from, what we do with it and your rights. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, our Data Protection Complaints Procedure explains how to complain to us and to the Information Commissioner's Office. Both are available without signing in.

10. No legal advice, and governing law

Rezolva is not your adviser and nothing in this workspace is legal or financial advice. You may wish to take your own advice. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
