1. What this notice covers
This notice describes the cookies and similar technologies (including browser local storage and session storage) used on the Rezolva website and in the Rezolva Connect portal. It is compiled from an inventory of the application itself.
We do not use advertising, tracking or personalisation cookies, and we do not currently run any web analytics product. If that changes, this notice will be updated first and consent will be obtained where it is required.
2. Strictly necessary storage
These items are required to deliver the service you have asked for, including keeping you signed in securely. They are used without consent, as permitted by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.

3. Preference storage
These items remember interface choices. They contain no personal information beyond the preference itself and are stored on your device.

4. Analytics and error monitoring
We do not set analytics cookies. Application errors may be recorded server-side for reliability purposes; that logging does not place anything on your device.
5. Third-party resources
Our pages load web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Requesting a font discloses your IP address and browser information to that provider. No cookie is set by us for this purpose.
Debtors who choose the bank-hosted Open Banking payment route are taken to their bank's own website, which operates under its own cookie and privacy terms.
6. Managing storage
Because we set only strictly necessary and preference items, there is no consent banner to configure. You can clear or block cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Clearing the authentication item will sign you out of Rezolva Connect; clearing preference items will reset the interface to its defaults.
